Nov. 14-15th – More than 120 artists and crafters from around the state will display their work at the 25th annual Flamingo Follies Holiday Art Show along Flagler Avenue from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is free. This also coincides with the annual Fall Sidewalk Sale.

Nov. 21st – The annual Holiday Charity Ball 2015 will take place at 7:00 p.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic School. Tickets may also be purchased by credit card by calling 386-424-5015.

Nov. 26th – Turkey Day Beach 5K – The race course begins on the beach in front of the boardwalk at the Flagler Avenue Beach approach in New Smyrna Beach. Race start time is promptly 9am. Runners, walkers, and joggers of all skill levels are welcome to participate, with registration starting at 8am, and the race starting at 9am. Medals in 84 categories and two overall plaques will be awarded, as well as prizes for the best costumes and free t-shirts!

Nov. 27th – Spark the Spirit – Canal Street Historic District brings the spirit of the holidays to Christmas Park, which is located at the corner of Live Oak & Canal Street from 5 to 7:30 p.m. This family friendly event is the kick off of Christmas on Canal Street with a tree lighting ceremony, live entertainment, and Santa’s grand entrance!

Nov. 28th – Enjoy a wide variety of beautiful gifts and holiday decor handcrafted by local artisans. Our merchants will welcome you into their shops for a look at the treasures available all year long on Canal Street. Support local charities and schools by purchasing their baked goods and other items. You can even bring the kids to visit Santa, attend a workshop with Home Depot, or ride The Party Train Express in our Kid Zone.
