Case 01 – Canine Substitution with Porcelain Crowns
Before: The patient was missing an upper front tooth and wanted a natural-looking smile without replacing the missing tooth. The goal was to reshape the smile so the canine would resemble the missing tooth and blend seamlessly with the surrounding teeth.
Treatment: Custom porcelain crowns were placed on teeth #8–10. The treatment reshaped the canine and adjacent teeth to create the appearance of a complete, balanced smile.
After: The final result provides a natural-looking smile with improved symmetry and tooth proportions. The restorations blend naturally, creating the appearance of a full, healthy smile while meeting the patient’s cosmetic goals.
