Steven Mitchell D.D.S.
Birmingham University
Originally from Scotland, Dr. Mitchell received his undergraduate degree from Manchester Metropolitan University, his dental degree from Birmingham University, and his postgraduate training at the University of Florida. He has been practicing dentistry since 1996 and remains actively involved in the profession. Dr. Mitchell has advanced training in dental sedation and dental implant placement. He is passionate about continuing education and is a member of the Spear Education program.
Additionally, Dr. Mitchell serves as an adjunct professor and clinical instructor at Daytona State College’s Dental Hygiene program.
He is a member of the Florida Dental Society of Anesthesiology, the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Spear Education Academy, and the Florida Dental Association.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Mitchell enjoys traveling, spending time with his three children, learning new languages, listening to audiobooks, cooking, wine tasting, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle through fitness.
